I am working in the Department of Immigration and Passport, Agargaon, Dhaka, Bangladesh for a long time. The Agargaon Passport Office prints all MRP Applications and then send to Regional Passport Offices (RPO) in Bangladesh and Foreign Missions (FM) in different countries. If you are a Bangladeshi citizen and you want to get a new Machine Readable Passport (MRP) but your application has been rejected (or will be rejected) because of previous AFIS (Finger Print) and/or Demographic (Personal Information) then you can contact with me, I will be able to help you to get a new MRP.

ReplyDeleteI am Mohammad Masud Parves holding passport no AA1202469. I have applied to renew my passport on 04-10-2015 at CHANDGAON office in Chittagong and the collection date was 13-10-2015. I went to the passport office on 15/10/2015 to collect my passport but I didn’t get my passport. They told me I have a problem named AFIS Rejected (Finger Print). They suggested me to go to Dhaka to solve this problem. And I went Dhaka Agargaon office on 18-10-2015. The officer figured out my problem the problem was “Why I gave finger print” according to his speech we don’t need any finger print while we are renewing our digital passport. I didn't know this this the person who updated my picture he told me to give finger print that's why I gave finger print. Somehow he solved my problem and told me to contact in CHANDGAON office for approval and I will get my passport within 7 day. Today 20-10-2015 I went to Chittagong office for approval but the Assistant Director told me Dhaka office didn’t solve my problem and he told he has nothing to do to solve my problem. My passport was emergency because the validity of my VISA will be end on 31st October. . I have all genuine document and I disclosed all my information and also attach all the required documents but I am facing trouble and everyone harassing me. How can I solve this problem please suggest me as soon as possible.

ReplyDeleteঅামার পাসপোর্ট হরিয়ে গিয়েছিল তাই অামি নতুন করে পাসপোর্টের অাবেদন করেছিলাম। নতুন অাবেদনের সাথে পুরাতন পাসপোর্টের ফিঙ্গারপ্রিন্ট মিলে যাওয়ার কারনে পাসপোর্ট টি অাটকে দিয়েছে পাসপোর্ট অফিস। তাই অামি পুরাতন পাসপোর্টের ফটকপি সহ থানায় জিডি করি। এবং সেই জিডি কপি সহ পাসপোর্টের ফটোকপি ও পাসপোর্টের রি-ইস্যু ফর্ম পূরন করে পুনরায় অাবেদন করি। যথারীতি ২১ কর্মদিবস পরে অামি অামার পাসপোর্ট পেয়ে যাই।

In status it's saying " Pending investigation in central(Re issue data changed). I contacted Bangladesh High Commission, but they are saying they are looking. But already two months have passed but no change in status. Could you please suggest me how to get out of it and get my passport. it's noted that one of my relative contacted Agargoan Passport Office and they said to tell Bangladesh high commission to release it in module. When I contacted Bangladesh High Commission, they said they did but still no change.

I went to the passport office on 06/10/2019 to collect information of my passport but I didn’t get my passport. They told me I have a problem named demo justification.
